Refund Policy

We want you to buy Premium with confidence. This policy explains exactly when we refund and when we don’t.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (first payment)
If Premium isn’t what you expected, email us within 14 days of your first payment — monthly or annual — and we will refund it in full. No questionnaire, no hoops. This applies once per customer, to your first payment only.
Renewals
Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are not refundable, because you control them: you can cancel anytime from your Account page and keep access until the end of the period you already paid. As a courtesy, if an annual renewal was charged and you contact us within 7 days without having used the Platform since the charge, we will refund it.
Billing Errors and Duplicates
Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or any billing error on our side are refunded in full, always — no time limit.
What Refunds Never Cover
- Partial periods or unused time after you cancel (access simply continues until the paid period ends).
- Investment outcomes. Platform data is informational; a refund request based on the performance of a real estate investment will be declined.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., data scraping or account sharing).
How to Request a Refund
Email info@truetechnologiespr.com from the address on your account with the subject “Refund request”. We process approved refunds within 5 business days; your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Founding Annual Rate
If you refund a founding-rate annual payment (US$149 first year), the founding rate is released back to the pool and cannot be guaranteed if you re-subscribe later.
